Terms of Service
Aftershow · Last updated June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Aftershow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. What Aftershow does
Aftershow turns a setlist from setlist.fm into a playlist in your Apple Music library. Creating playlists requires an active Apple Music subscription. The App has no user account and no backend of its own; it runs on your device and syncs your Archive of converted shows through your own iCloud.
3. Third-party services
Aftershow relies on Apple Music (via Apple's MusicKit) and setlist data from setlist.fm. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, including the Apple Media Services Terms and the setlist.fm terms of use. Aftershow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or setlist.fm. Apple Music is a trademark of Apple Inc.
4. Acceptable use
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates a third party's rights or the terms of setlist.fm or Apple Music.
5. Intellectual property
The App and its content are owned by ThinkUp LLC. Playlists you create belong to you and live in your Apple Music library.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Live setlists don't always map perfectly to a streaming catalog, and we can't guarantee that every song will match, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkUp LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
